Registration Now Open!

Registration is now open for both formats of our Hybrid Conference.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE IN-PERSON CONFERENCE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE VIRTUAL- YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED.

In-Person Registration:

Thriving Families CA Foundation and the California Child Care Resource & Referral Network are excited to announce registration for the Annual Hybrid Joint Conference is open!  This conference is developed by and specifically for APP and R&R programs in California and is a unique opportunity to learn about promising practices, innovations and partnerships that expand opportunities for families.

Early bird registration is currently open through July 31st for the IN-PERSON portion of our Hybrid Joint Conference.

The cap for this year has increased to 450 registered attendees.  Each agency will receive a cap on their in-person registrations. You will be registering your own staff this year and we ask that you do not register more than the number listed for your agency, we will accept your registrations in the order received. For example, if your agency receives 8 registrations and you register 9, we will accept the first 8 as listed during the registration process.

Your agency's CEO/ED, AP Contact and R&R Contact all received an email with your agency's number of registrations. Please refer to that email for the registration link. If you are in need of that information, please let us know.  This is based on agency size and contracts. This is total staff from your agency, including both AP and R&R.

Virtual Registration:

Each attendee will register for the virtual conference with their own email address in order to gain access to the Virtual Conference Platform.

Register today for the VIRTUAL portion of our Hybrid Joint Conference

Those that are not quite ready for in-person or like the conveniences that come with virtual attendance, we’ll have an option that is similar to the last three years. The Virtual conference will offer keynote presentations, workshops, networking opportunities, and connection time with vendors. With no travel and flexibility, we look forward to new opportunities for members from across the state, as well as state partners, joining us as we collectively support our children, families and communities.

Room Block Now Open!

Please only book rooms based on the amount of in-person attendees you were given and will be using, taking more than you need will take away from other groups.
