Virtual Public Hearing Session with Early Learning and Care Stakeholders for the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) 2022-2024 State Plan

The CDE will hold a virtual Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. on March 30, 2021, to receive public comments on the draft 2022-24 Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) State Plan. Every three years states and territories receiving CCDF funds must prepare and submit to the federal government a State Plan detailing how these funds will be allocated and expended. A draft version of the plan will be released to the public via the Early Learning and Care listserv and posted on the CCDF State Plan website at https://www.cde.ca.gov/sp/cd/re/stateplan.asp by March 15, 2021.

At the hearing, any person may present statements, orally, relevant to the draft 2022-24 CCDF State Plan. Persons who make oral comments at the public hearing may also submit a written summary of their statements to the dedicated email box [email protected] No oral statements will be accepted subsequent to this public hearing.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY

All written comments received by CDE staff during the public comment period are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act.
