Attention: Executive Directors and Program Directors of California State Preschool Programs 

The CDE has made every effort to have the guidance for rate reform available by the time of the rate reform webinar. However, due to the complex nature of Rate Reform, the CDE needs to reschedule the webinar to December 17, 2021. 

The CDE will be holding a webinar to discuss the upcoming changes to reimbursement rates beginning January 1, 2022, due to Rate Reform as included in the 2021-22 Budget.  

This webinar is re-scheduled for Friday, December 17,2021 from 10am-11:30am. 

The purpose of this webinar is to review the changes as a result of Rate Reform and answer questions directly from CSPP contractors about this change. 

As a reminder, as part of the 2021-22 budget, beginning January 1, 2022, CSPP contractors will be reimbursed at the greater of the following:  

(1) The 75th percentile of the 2018 Regional Market Rate (RMR) survey; or  

(2) The contract per-child reimbursement amount as of December 31, 2021.
